NHL Betting Predictions December 14th

nhl betting tipsLast night was a little nerve wracking, but each of our big underdogs came through with comeback wins, one in OT and one in a shootout, making for a profitable night.  The Penguins were crushed by the Red Wings however, which meant a 2-1 night for +1.87 units, bringing the season record to (67-61) for +9.70 units.  Tonight we break +10 again!

Phoenix Coyotes @ Anaheim Ducks

The Ducks have been by far the worst team in the NHL of late and although they haven’t been quite as bad at home I still see the Coyotes taking this game.  Phoenix is 9-5-1 on the road this season.  They are on a two game losing streak, but both of these losses came to teams that were rolling (Red Wings and Wild).  The Coyotes are a solid team, but this is primarily a Ducks fade bet.  I don’t believe in Anaheim and I don’t see them turning around their fortunes anytime soon.

  1. Ah, makes sense. Thought it could be something like that, but the odds made sense with the odds on my bets, well well, gonna try your moneyline wagers, and hope its pays out:) Thanks for the quick response, and sorry if I sounded like a douchebag, weren’t my intention. Keep up the good work!

  2. You are betting 3-way lines, which means there is a win/loss/draw…..my bets are moneyline wagers so the draw is taken out completely. Whichever team wins the game, wins the game, and the bet on that team wins. So those 3 overtime/shootout victories count as wins if you bet the moneyline.

The 3-way lines will have larger payouts because the team must win in regulation.

  3. Hey. How do you bet on the games? I have followed 4 of your bets and lost on all of em. 3 of em have won on penalty or overtime, (in other words draw) but that doesnt help me, when I bet on winner.. How can you say you win on your bets, when you didnt?

    What am I missing?
