We went 1 for 3 last night, but the Home Goals losing was a big loss of 1.75 units. The Panthers really took it to the Maple Leafs on the road and that was the difference in that wager. The losses last night bring me below +10 units, but hopefully tonights plays can rectify that. The record to date is (36-28) for +9.55 units.
Nashville Predators @ Anaheim Ducks
The Predators played a hard fought game in Los Angeles last night so fatigue may play a factor in this one. Pekka Rinne is back in net and he has been unbelievable this season, which is the main reason why the Ducks aren’t bigger favourites at home against a team playing the second of back-to-backs. The Ducks have lost five in a row, but these were all at the end of a long 7 game road trip and you can guarantee that the Ducks are happy to be home. Anaheim’s home record is 3-2-0 this season and they are known as a very good home team even going 26-13-2 at home last season for the second most home wins in the NHL. Expect the Ducks to put their long road trip losing streak behind them tonight with a win at the Honda Center.
