The Canadiens had a sub par preseason, going 2-6-0 in 8 games and they have now started the season off with a 2-0 loss the the Maple Leafs. The Habs are having trouble scoring goals and the Jets did a fairly good job of keeping the puck out of their net during the preseason, allowing only 19 goals in 7 games. Winnipeg was 2-0-1 at home in the preseason, and it seems like they enjoy playing in front of the energy of their home fans. That energy will be at an all new high tonight and a rested Jets team should take advantage of this with a big game for their fans. Expect the Jets to pull out a win in this one.
